Isabel Ocaña is a change and transformation expert with over 15 years of experience in driving organizational change and business transformation initiatives across global, cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Principal Change Manager at Workday, Isabel focuses on advancing change management capabilities to enhance operational agility while also leading key data and analytics change efforts. Previously, Isabel held leadership roles at Slalom, dunnhumby, and Accenture, where they successfully implemented high-impact solutions and collaborated with C-suite leaders. Isabel earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh.
