Jessica Phan

Jessica Phan is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in quality engineering and test automation. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering in Test at Workday since May 2019, Jessica manages a team of 110 engineers and has been instrumental in driving productivity and ensuring the readiness of the Workday Analytics product through the development of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks. Previously, Jessica held leadership roles at Elementum SCM, ItsOn, Inc., Yahoo!, and Business Objects, where responsibilities included enhancing engineering productivity, leading quality assurance teams, and implementing automation frameworks. Jessica holds an M.Sc in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Admin Studies from The University of Winnipeg.
