Jyothsna Palkonda

Jyothsna Palkonda has over two decades of experience in software development and application support, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Software Development Application at Workday since July 2014, following various managerial roles within the company. Prior to Workday, Jyothsna spent 14 years at Oracle as a Senior Product Support Manager for PeopleSoft HCM, overseeing global product areas and leading teams for advanced benefits and learning management systems. Jyothsna began their career at Noblestar as a Peoplesoft Developer, where responsibilities included developing custom applications and leading upgrade projects. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Management from California State University - East Bay and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Toledo, along with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
