Kristin Sand

Kristin Sand has extensive experience in both leadership and customer care roles, serving as the Director at American Swim Academy from April 2006 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing operations and staff. Following that position, Kristin transitioned to Workday, contributing as a Customer Care Analyst from January 2018 to April 2021 and later taking on the role of Program Manager in M&A Support. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from California State University-Hayward, completed between 1987 and 1991.
