Max Malyar

Max Malyar is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in collaboration technology and endpoint engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Collaboration Technology and Endpoint Engineering at Workday since March 2023, Max provides strategic direction and oversight for teams across various geographic locations. In addition, Max is a member of Smartsheet's Customer Security Council, contributing to security investments and policies. Previously, Max held senior roles at First Republic Bank, Ross Stores, Inc., Safeway, BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, focusing on enterprise content management, collaboration solutions, and regulatory compliance. Max's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and participation in the Leadership Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
