Nick Reynolds currently serves as the Senior Director of Product for Localization and Globalization at Workday, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Nick was the Director of Product for Foundations at Toast from July 2021 to March 2024, where leadership focused on foundational capabilities across various services to enhance customer impact. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Workday from January 2015 to July 2021, ranging from Director of Product Management to Manager of Product Management, overseeing the Implementation Tools team. Nick also contributed to Deloitte Ireland as a Senior Manager Consulting, leading the Workday Practice and overseeing large-scale HR system transformations. Starting a career at Equisoft Ltd from February 2001 to November 2012, Nick gained extensive expertise in product development and various technologies. Nick holds a BSc in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2005, following education at Clongowes Wood College.
