Niki Kastelijn

Niki Kastelijn holds extensive experience in Customer Success and HR Information Systems (HRIS), currently serving as Director and Manager of Customer Success for the BeNeLux and Continental Europe at Workday since May 2019. Niki has been instrumental in leading the Customer Success team and driving alignment with executive stakeholders. Previously, Niki was Senior Manager of Global HRIS at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, where responsibilities included rolling out Workday, establishing a global support model, and creating an HRIS vision. Niki's career at Atos spanned over a decade, where roles included Global Head of HRIS Solutions and Global HRIS Program Manager, focusing on implementing various HR processes and systems. Niki's educational background includes studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences and Koning Willem 1 College.
