Paolo Oberti

Paolo Oberti is an experienced professional in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Head of Solutions Consulting for Italy, Spain, and Portugal at Workday since May 2019. In this role, Paolo oversees presales functions and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Paolo is the Codirector of the Specialist Program in Applied Artificial Intelligence for Human Resources at Centro de Estudios Garrigues from January 2025. Previously, Paolo held senior leadership positions at Experian, including Member of Sales Senior Leadership Team and EMEA Director of Sales Solution Consulting, where responsibilities included sales strategy, operational management, and market growth across EMEA.
