They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Software Alliances, where they currently manage payroll and software partnerships globally. Previously, Paul served as Executive Director of HR IT for APAC at UBS and has been involved in numerous global HR transformation and ERP implementation projects. With expertise in cloud computing and SaaS, Paul is recognized as a thought leader in the HR IT industry, successfully establishing and operating HR Shared Service Centers and developing HR IT strategies.
