Pranit Kapadekar

Pranit Kapadekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as a Manager of Machine Learning Engineering at Workday since July 2016, Pranit has held various roles including Principal Software Development Engineer and Senior Software Development Engineer, focusing on machine learning applications in document intelligence and financial services. Prior to Workday, Pranit worked at Ask.com as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the development of reporting and analytics solutions and optimizing big data systems. Earlier experiences include software engineering roles at Epoch.com llc and Mirus Restaurant Solutions, as well as academic positions at the University of Houston. Pranit holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
