Rachelle Cihonski Guerra

Rachelle Cihonski Guerra serves as the Associate Manager of Content Design at Workday since January 2023, having previously held the role of Senior Associate Content Developer. Prior to Workday, Rachelle was the Managing Senior Editor at Callisto Media, where responsibilities included managing editorial teams and overseeing production goals. Rachelle also worked as a Social Media Copywriter for Rodan + Fields, creating engaging content for various social media platforms. Experience includes multiple editorial positions at Callisto Media, where Rachelle managed book projects, as well as at Diablo Publications, leading several lifestyle magazines. Rachelle began the editorial journey as an intern at Biola University, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from Biola University in 2014.
