Rob Lambourne

Rob Lambourne is a seasoned functional consultant at Workday since December 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Workday HCM & Customer Care Manager at DS Smith, where responsibilities included creating functional solutions and managing a technical support team. Prior to that, Rob held various HR positions at Gurit, focusing on HR policy development and global system selection, and performed operational HR duties as an HR Business Partner. Rob's career began at Safeway Stores PLC as an HR Supervisor, along with earlier experience as an Accounts Payable Auditor. Rob holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Surrey, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Management from the University of Portsmouth, as well as a Diploma in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
