Roxanne Henselman

Roxanne Henselman is an experienced talent management and organizational effectiveness leader currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management and Talent Development at Workday since July 2017. In previous roles at Workday, Henselman led teams supporting organizational strategies for global sales and customer experience. Prior to Workday, Henselman spent a decade at VIAVI Solutions as a Strategic HR Partner, collaborating with C-level executives to align HR initiatives with business goals. Early career experience includes roles at Gap Inc./Banana Republic and various retail companies, focusing on employee engagement and communication. Henselman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
