Samantha Singhal is a seasoned leader in strategic customer engagement within the higher education sector, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategic Customer Engagement for SLED at Workday. They previously held various roles at the University of Rochester, including Deputy Chief Information Officer, where they managed significant IT projects and initiatives, notably delivering a $33M implementation of Workday Student.
