Spencer Jones

Spencer Jones is a seasoned sales management professional with extensive experience in corporate sales development, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Workday since November 2012. In this role, Spencer led teams that generated over $815 million in new pipeline and managed a group of 4-5 managers and 34 direct reports across North America's Medium Enterprise and Customer Base sales development. Prior to this position, Spencer held various roles at Workday, including Manager of Corporate Sales Development, where emphasis was placed on hiring, training, and career development for team members. Earlier career experiences include sales account management at Action RTO, public relations at Riester, personal banking at Wells Fargo Bank, and assistant management at RAC.
