Sunil Desai is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Software Development at Workday since September 2017, Sunil leads a team of 37 in the development of advanced cloud-based Payroll applications that integrate with HR and financial systems. Previously, Sunil held the position of Director of Application Development at ADP, where a world-class engineering team was built to enhance a time and absence application generating $350 million in revenue. Sunil's career also includes tenure as Sr. Director of Technology at Equifax, overseeing service level agreements for a 19-member team, and as Project Manager and Founder/Partner at Xpanxion, where significant enterprise projects were delivered. Sunil holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, and an MBA in Marketing from South Gujarat University.
