At WorkEQ, we equip students, interns, and employees with the executive functioning skills and practical strategies they need to succeed in college and career. When technical skills are the norm, soft skills are essential. ​​We teach flexibility, prioritization, problem-solving, communication across generations, workplace etiquette, self-awareness, time management, and more. We take a neuro-affirming, strength-based approach to coaching, recognizing that every brain works differently. Services include: one-on-one coaching, onboarding & orientation of interns and new employees, and workshops and seminars.
