Ed Rick

Ed Rick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT, compliance, and security management. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Security at Workera since March 2023, Ed is responsible for overseeing IT operations and managing the Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR frameworks. Prior roles include Sr. Security Program Manager at Degreed, where Ed managed various security initiatives, and held several managerial positions at Bank of America, focusing on incident management and technical delivery. Ed's career began in software engineering and technical roles, with an educational background in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University.
