With prior experience at McKinsey & Company and IBM, Florian-Lukas managed technology-enabled transformation projects across various industries, utilizing expertise in Digital and IT Strategy, Operating Model Design, and Industry 4.0. They hold dual MBA degrees from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and Emory University's Goizueta Business School, alongside Bachelor's degrees from Ontario Tech University and Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
