Vice President Operations at Workflow Labs

Chris Brugos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Chris is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Workflow Labs since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ideoclick, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2022, holding positions such as Director of Process Improvement and Director of Content and Catalog. During their time at Ideoclick, they managed teams and led the development of products benefiting internal customers and wrote business requirements for compliance software.

Before joining Ideoclick, Inc., Chris spent a significant amount of time at Amazon, where they held various roles. From September 2014 to May 2017, they served as a Senior Program Manager for WW Retail Productivity, leading projects to simplify and automate retail dependency for US vendors. Chris also contributed to improving business performance indicators and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the vendor experience. In addition, they measured a notable improvement in retail productivity through the Vendor Success Program.

Prior to their role as a Senior Program Manager, Chris served as a Senior Instock Manager for AmazonFresh from May 2013 to September 2014. During this time, they played a crucial role in expanding the AmazonFresh footprint to multiple locations and was responsible for managing perishable inventory, collaborating with vendors and fulfillment centers.

Chris also held other positions at Amazon, including Senior Product Manager for WW Retail Training, Senior Instock Manager for Camera and Photo, Instock Manager for Office Electronics, Portable Electronics, and Software. Additionally, they worked as a Sample Center Associate and Fulfillment Center Associate during the earlier stages of their career.

Chris Brugos attended the University of Washington from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry.
