Dave Dalton

Dave Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dave started their career in 1997 as an Account Executive/Recruiter at Interlock Resources, where they focused on networking and prospecting for new clients. In 1998, they moved on to McDonell Douglas Technical Services, where they served as a Manager for Team Account Relationships. Dave then joined On Line Consultants-OCI as a Sr. Account Manager/IT Staffing, responsible for marketing to current customers and networking for potential new customers.

In 2003, Dave became an Owner of JackSons', a restaurant opened as a tribute to their late father, and ran the business until 2012. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Sr. Account Manager/IT Staffing at Advanced Resources, responsible for account growth, relationship building, and new account networking.

Starting in 2012, Dave transitioned into the role of Manager, Client Services at NextGen Information Services, where they also focused on account management and service quality. In 2017, they moved to neteffects as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, working with talent scouting and business solution specialists. Finally, in 2023, Dave joined Workforce Connections and Veteran Connections as the Director of Client Relationships, where they are dedicated to training, supporting, and placing US veterans in civilian careers.
