Ricardo A. Villalobos

Ricardo Villalobos is the current Chief Program Officer at Workforce Connections. Prior to this role, Ricardo served as the Director of Workforce Development Programs. Ricardo has also held positions such as Executive Director at the College of Southern Nevada and Program Director at YouthBuild Las Vegas. Ricardo holds a Ph.D. in Workforce Development from UNLV and a Master of Arts in College Counseling & Student Development from USD.
