Elaine Fay

Elaine Fay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community and government relations. Currently serving as the Business & Community Relations Manager at the Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio since August 2024, Elaine has also held significant positions at the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library, including Government Relations Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, from September 2003 to August 2024. Prior to that, Elaine worked as a Development Assistant at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati from October 2000 to September 2003. Elaine is an alumnus of Northern Kentucky University and graduated from Oak Hills High School.
