Allison Bashkoff

Allison Bashkoff serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff at the Workforce Development Institute since September 2011, overseeing a workforce development organization with 32 staff across 10 regional offices and managing $12 million in revenue. Previous experience includes serving as CFO at the Kenwood Convent of The Sacred Heart, where leadership was provided for a 24/7 operation with 200 employees, and conducting a rigorous financial review to enhance executive decision-making. At Bellevue Woman's Hospital, Allison managed financial and IT functions, working on the transition from a for-profit to a nonprofit model. Earlier roles include financial advisory services at KPMG and strategic planning at KeyCorp, along with a position as Senior Regional Administrator at Bull HN Information Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University at Albany and a BS in Economics and Finance from Boston College.
