Dan Cullen

Dan Cullen serves as the Director of Field Operations at the Workforce Development Institute (WDI), where since September 2014, Dan has developed strategic partnerships across businesses, unions, and educational institutions, significantly enhancing WDI’s presence in the Capital Region. Prior to this role, Dan was a Certified Instructor for the New York State Impaired Driver Program from 2007 to 2017, and Dan provided business services for the NYS Department of Labor, guiding staff to support emerging businesses and administering a national emergency grant program that created over 1,400 job opportunities. Dan began their career as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Manpower Inc., managing high-profile client accounts. Dan holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Syracuse University.
