Kyle Mullen

Kyle Mullen has extensive experience in leadership and service management within the nonprofit and banking sectors. As Adult Services Director at Workforce Development, Inc. since March 2022, Kyle oversees adult services and previously held the position of Area Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Online Banking Specialist at U.S. Bank, where Kyle achieved digital enrollment goals significantly above targets. Prior roles with Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd included Chief Program Officer, where Kyle directed services for individuals with disabilities and led strategic planning initiatives. Additional experience includes positions in training development and operational program management. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bemidji State University.
