Pernille Johansen

Pernille Johansen MBA has a strong work history in the field of human resources. Pernille began their career with BENTELER Group in 2010, where they served as a Human Resources Specialist for their Interim Program until 2012. Pernille then joined Deloitte, holding roles as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2015, and a HR Business Partner from 2015 until 2018. In 2014, they joined Workforce Group as their Chief People Officer, where they currently work.

Pernille Johansen completed their education with a focus on Project Management at Leeds Beckett University, from 2010 to 2012. Pernille then pursued further studies at Harvard Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2016.
