Esmeralda Barnes

Esmeralda Barnes has extensive experience as a Regional Auditing Manager at Workforce and The Workforce Group since July 2008. In this role, Esmeralda oversees internal auditing across several provinces, including Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo, North Cape, and Free State, ensuring compliance with Workforce policies and procedures. Additionally, Esmeralda is responsible for training staff on Workforce systems and serves as a super user for the in-house system. Esmeralda has been furthering education at Damelin Business School since 1999.
