Rachel Chow-Lucas

Rachel Chow-Lucas has over two decades of experience in facilities planning and architectural design, currently serving as a Facilities Planner at San Jose/Evergreen Community College District since August 1999. In this role, Rachel manages the annual construction budget and is responsible for state annual recycling and waste reduction reporting. Prior to this, Rachel worked as an Architectural Design Assistant at Sugimura & Associates, where responsibilities included CAD details and graphic presentations. Earlier experience as an Accounts Receivable/Claim Specialist at David S. Poon DDS involved accounts receivable management and dental lab support. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has studied international architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark.
