Aaron's military career includes significant positions within the Royal Navy, including Aircraft Control Instructor, Aviation Operations Manager, and Air Traffic Controller (Maritime) from February 2015 to February 2021. Aaron's education includes training from the Defence Centre of Training Support and the Royal Navy Leadership Academy.
