Aaron Baldwin

Aaron Baldwin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both military and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Trainee Train Driver at Northern since May 2024 and as an International Relocation Manager at Workforce People Solutions since August 2023, Aaron has previously held the role of Operations Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc. from February 2021 to January 2023. Aaron's military career includes significant positions within the Royal Navy, including Aircraft Control Instructor, Aviation Operations Manager, and Air Traffic Controller (Maritime) from February 2015 to February 2021. Aaron's education includes training from the Defence Centre of Training Support and the Royal Navy Leadership Academy.
