Andrew Moses

Andrew Moses is a research analyst at Workforce Science Associates since June 2022, after a long tenure at IBM starting in September 2010, where roles included strategy consultant, data analyst, project coordinator, global support center survey lead, and global support center agent. Responsibilities encompassed client consultation on talent acquisition, data analysis related to diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics, project management, training new consultants, and leading a support team for Kenexa's survey products. Previously, Andrew served as an office operations supervisor for quality assurance at the U.S. Census Bureau, overseeing a team during the 2010 Decennial Census. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
