Kris Erickson

Kris Erickson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Starting in 1997, Kris worked as a Senior Consultant at Talent Plus, Inc., where they developed people strategies for companies like the Estee Lauder group and focused on business development in the retail vertical. In 2005, Kris became the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at e+CancerCare, where they built the HR function from scratch to support the company's rapid growth. In 2008, Kris joined IBM/Kenexa as an Executive Consultant, working with Fortune 500 companies on workforce improvement through engagement surveys, assessments, and recruiting. Finally, in 2017, Kris co-founded Workforce Science Associates and assumed the role of Director of Consulting, focusing on providing consulting services to clients.

Kris Erickson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
