Lisa Wager

Lisa Wager possesses extensive experience in consulting and talent management, currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Workforce Science Associates since February 2019. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at IBM as a Leadership Assessment & Development Consultant from August 2018 to February 2019 and held the position of Senior Managing Consultant at IBM / Kenexa Talent Management Solutions for 18 years. Earlier in Lisa's career, a role as a Behavioral Profile Analyst was undertaken at Noll Human Resource Services from 1997 to 2000. Lisa earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (2001-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution (1991-1995).
