Ciel Lim is a experienced professional in consumer insights and market research, currently serving as a Consumer Insights Manager at Workforce Singapore since April 2022, where data-driven insights are generated to enhance the job search experience and career aspirations of jobseekers. Previously, Ciel worked at Sony Electronics in the Regional Consumer Insights role, managing market research and vendor relationships across the APAC region while leading the development of a customized Power BI dashboard for CRM analytics in Southeast Asia.
