Esther Lam is an experienced professional currently serving as a Manager of Industry Engagement at Workforce Singapore since March 2020. In this role, Esther engages with industry stakeholders to develop and implement workforce conversion and enterprise transformation programmes aimed at addressing manpower challenges.
