Jia Hui Lim

Jacey Lim is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Creative & Professional Services Division within the Enterprise Development Group at Workforce Singapore since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jacey held the position of Digital Fundraising and Communications (Advocacy and Marketing) at Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore from May 2021 to September 2022. Jacey's experience also includes managerial roles at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, partnerships, branding, and communications, and earlier roles at Hill+Knowlton Strategies focused on public relations. Jacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with Marketing from Singapore University of Social Sciences, achieved with Merit, and a Diploma in Communications and Media Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
