Karen Goh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, policy development, and behavioural analysis within the public sector. Currently serving as a Principal Manager in the Planning and Design Division at Workforce Singapore, Karen leads initiatives aimed at enhancing employment facilitation policies while collaborating across divisions to design new services that support career development. Previous roles include leadership positions in the Ministry of Social and Family Development, where Karen focused on financial and employment assistance, and the Ministry of Communications and Information, where research partnerships informed national policy and communications. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma with Merit in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
