Winnie has a strong background in project management and has held various managerial positions in workforce development organizations. Winnie is currently serving as an Assistant Director at Workforce Singapore, where Winnie helps unemployed individuals find jobs and embraces digital products to improve user experience. Winnie has experience working with multiple stakeholders and agencies for the rollout of workforce programs and is an Agile practitioner at SkillsFuture SG. Winnie has been an enabler of career planning and job search through technology, and has a passion for creating change in existing processes with IT.
