Christina Harter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project implementation and operations management. Currently serving as a Project Implementation Specialist at Workforce Snohomish since December 2022, Christina previously held various leadership roles at Everett Community College, including Director of Operations and Associate Director of Operations for the Advanced Manufacturing and Training Center from July 2019 to December 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Vocational Specialist at Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care, where Christina supported clients in employment recovery, and earlier roles at Lake Washington Institute of Technology as Director and Assistant Director of Student Development. Christina holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

The Workforce Snohomish is a governing group, representing a broad cross section of the local community, interested in workforce development issues. Workforce Snohomish oversees the implementation, local planning and management of the federal Workforce Investment Act in Snohomish County. Mission: Workforce Snohomish County invests government and private funding to continuously increase the global competitiveness and prosperity of our businesses and workforce, to fill current and emerging jobs, and to provide full employment. Our investments are made through effective business, labor, educational, community-based, and service provider organizations for the opportunity, economic well-being, and benefit of our entire community.
