Jack D. currently serves as the Manager of Programs at Workforce Snohomish, overseeing the implementation of federal and state assistance grants in Snohomish County, while fostering collaboration among various stakeholders. Jack D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, and Public Policy from the University of Washington Bothell and an Associate degree from Bellevue College.

Workforce Snohomish oversees the implementation, local planning and management of the federal Workforce Investment Act in Snohomish County.
