Sarah Karr is an experienced Allied Health Job Developer at the Workforce Development Council of Snohomish County, focused on providing career support services to graduates of the CATCH program. With a background that includes roles as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and a Career Transition Specialist at Job Corps, Sarah has developed strong skills in customer service, job readiness training, and employer relations. The Workforce Snohomish is a governing group, representing a broad cross section of the local community, interested in workforce development issues. Workforce Snohomish oversees the implementation, local planning and management of the federal Workforce Investment Act in Snohomish County.
