Sarah Karr

Sarah Karr is an experienced Allied Health Job Developer at the Workforce Development Council of Snohomish County, focused on providing career support services to graduates of the CATCH program. With a background that includes roles as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and a Career Transition Specialist at Job Corps, Sarah has developed strong skills in customer service, job readiness training, and employer relations. Sarah also served as an Occupational Therapist Aide, contributing to therapy program administration. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies: Community Psychology from the University of Washington, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Edmonds College.
