Ben Nichols

Ben Nichols is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud services and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Services Engineer at WorkForce Software since July 2021, Ben has previously held technical roles at Rackspace Technology, including Linux Enterprise Support Engineer from November 2014 to July 2021 and Linux Systems Administrator from April 2013 to October 2014. At Rackspace, responsibilities included providing front-line support to enterprise customers and being a vital member of the account management team. Prior to this, Ben was the Lead Systems Administrator at Scheels, overseeing a team and managing system deployments. Ben's career began in the United States Marine Corps as an Accounting Clerk, where notable achievements included process improvements using Excel macros. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Dakota State University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
