Bill Shaheen

Bill Shaheen's work experience includes positions in various companies and roles. Bill currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at WorkForce Software since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at the same company from July 2019 to July 2023.

From 2017 to 2023, Bill worked as an Operating Executive and Independent Consultant at Elliott Management Private Equity, specializing in Tech Private Equity practice. Their responsibilities involved diligence aspects of new investments, managing operations of portfolio companies, and providing board work and executive level coaching.

Bill also served as a Board Member at Coveo from March 2018 to November 2021, during the company's growth phase and entry into new markets. Bill was a part of the Compensation Committee and Audit Committee. Coveo went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) in November 2021.

In 2016, Bill worked as the SVP of Worldwide Sales at Code42, and from 2012 to 2016, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at SumTotal Systems, LLC. At SumTotal, their responsibilities included reorganizing sales go-to-market strategy and account management function.

Bill's experience in the technology industry also includes a brief stint as Group Vice President at Oracle in 2012. Bill spent over 8 years at Taleo, starting as an Account Executive and working their way up to Group Vice President, responsible for Large Enterprise sales in North America and Asia Pacific. During their time at Taleo, the company experienced significant growth and went from a privately held company to a publicly traded market leader.

Earlier in their career, Bill held positions such as Regional VP at Unicru and Director of Sales at Requisite Technology.

Bill Shaheen earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Westfield State University from 1979 to 1983. Bill then pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science at Boston University from 1983 to 1987.
