Lindsey Zach

Lindsey Zach, PMP, has over a decade of experience in account management, project management, and client services within the software industry. Currently serving as an Account Relationship Manager at WorkForce Software since October 2013, Lindsey drives the success and adoption of SaaS solutions for existing clients while focusing on retention and revenue growth. Previous roles include Project Manager at WorkForce Software, where project execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication were key responsibilities, and Client Services Manager at New World Systems. Earlier experience includes positions as an Application Specialist at Thomson Reuters and as a Training & Consulting Coordinator. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management from Oakland University.
