Lisa Montoni

Lisa Montoni has a strong background in human resources and recruiting. Lisa started their career at Compuware Corporation in 1999, working as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator and later as an EEO/AA Specialist. Lisa then moved on to Covisint, where they served as an Executive Administrator from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they returned to Compuware Corporation as a Recruiting Specialist/Coordinator before joining WorkForce Software in 2014. At WorkForce Software, Lisa has held various roles including Recruiting Coordinator, HR Business Partner, and currently, they are the HR Director.

Lisa Montoni attended Henry Ford College and obtained an associate's degree in Business/Liberal Arts. Lisa also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Wayne State University. In addition, they obtained a certification in "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in 2021.
