Michael Connelly, MBA, is an HR, Workforce Management, and Employee Engagement enthusiast with extensive experience in consulting and corporate environments. Currently a Senior Consultant at WorkForce Software, they lead the implementation of labor management solutions for global clients. Previously, they served as an HR Shared Services Knowledge Manager at Siemens, where they advised on knowledge content and tools to enhance customer satisfaction. Michael also held various roles at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on labor scheduling and training, and was a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they developed training assets for technology implementations. They hold an MBA from Rollins College and a BA in Leadership Studies and Psychology from the University of Richmond.
