Mike Baldwin is an experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in managing and directing software development teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at WorkForce Software, an ADP company, since May 2025, Mike's prior roles include Senior Software Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace and IT Development and Delivery Manager at Allianz. Mike has also held key positions at Landmark Information Group as Head of Group Software Engineering and Head of Development in the Financial Risk Business Area, along with various managerial roles at Sage, Merced Systems, Practique, BDR Consulting, Logica, and Axa Sun Life. Mike holds a BSc in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University and completed education at Aylesbury Grammar School.
