Nancy Faerber

Nancy Faerber has extensive work experience in technical writing, online help development, training, courseware development, website design, and project management. Nancy has worked as a Technical Writer and Team Lead at WorkForce Software since 2015, where they create help documentation for a workforce management software suite and coordinates the documentation needs of multiple development teams. Prior to that, they were an independent contractor from 1999 to 2015, where they developed online help systems, updated legacy help content, and worked as a trainer and courseware developer for a content management system. Nancy also worked as a Website Designer/Developer, Web Content Writer, and Technical Communications Specialist during this time. Before becoming an independent contractor, Nancy worked as a Project Manager at TRW Systems Integration Group in 1998 and as an ERP Consultant and Instructor at TRW Systems Integration Group (formerly BDM International, Inc.) from 1996 to 1998. Nancy started their career as an Instructor and Courseware Developer at Compuware from 1993 to 1996.

Nancy Faerber has a BA in Secondary Education/English with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
