Paul Kramer

Paul Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employment law and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at WorkForce Software since 2010, Paul Kramer researches and monitors employment laws in the United States, Canada, and internationally, ensuring that compliance is integrated into the company's solutions. This role includes training and presenting on various federal, state, and international laws such as FMLA and FLSA.
