Pavithra Parthasarathi

Pavithra Parthasarathi has extensive work experience in digital technology and software development. Pavithra served as the Director of Software Development at WorkForce Software since 2020. Before that, they held the position of Digital Head of Legal Operations at BYTON from 2018 to 2020, where they led the digital transformation of the legal function and defined digital strategies for various departments within the legal department.

Prior to BYTON, Pavithra worked at GE Digital from 2015 to 2018 as a Senior Manager of Digital Technology in Legal Operations. In this role, they led the development of technology roadmaps and implemented strategies to support the GE Global Law & Policy function. Pavithra also played a key role in transforming the infrastructure footprint to hybrid-cloud and secured private cloud platforms, resulting in improved stability, scalability, and cost effectiveness.

Before joining GE Digital, Pavithra worked at The TJX Companies, Inc. as an IT leader in Digital Technology, Store Systems from 2013 to 2015. Pavithra successfully drove a large enterprise program of replacing the security system across all 3000+ stores in the USA and Canada, as well as implemented centralized authentication and management systems for store security.

Pavithra's work experience also includes a role as a Business Analyst in Vehicle Communications and Infotainment at General Motors from 2010 to 2013.

Pavithra Parthasarathi holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Pavithra also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Bangalore University. In addition, they are certified as a Scrum Master by the International Scrum Institute™ and holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2014.
